Having a bank of outfit formulas saved in your head (or on your Pinterest board) is a great way to reduce your worries about not having anything to wear in the morning. I have put together 11 of my go-to formulas that are incredibly easy for you to re-create.
All of these outfits are wearable and can be adapted to your own personal style. I suggest setting up an “Outfit Formulas” board on Pinterest and pinning some of the below images to your board to get it started. (Hover over the image and click PIN IT, on the top left corner of the image)
Note: Unless I specify what colour to wear in the outfit formula, you can really go wild and wear whatever colour suits your personal style. I also don’t always specify exactly what shoe to wear, because I think shoe choice can very much come down to the individual, in terms of comfort and style. I give different suggestions on which shoes to wear with what formula, in the YouTube video I’ve created (you can find the YouTube video link at the bottom of this blog post).
Formula 1 – Blue jeans, t-shirt & blazer
Formula 2 – Skirt & Jumper
Formula 3 – Black turtleneck, black jeans & a trench coat
Formula 4 – Tshirt, shorts & a blazer
Formula 5 – Turtleneck, bootcut jeans, boots & a coat
Formula 6 – beige, white & black (2 styling options below)
Formula 7 – leggings/trousers & an oversized shirt
Formula 8 – Dress & Cardigan (2 styling options below)
Formula 9 – Midi skirt & biker jacket
Formula 10 – Long sleeve shirt & shorts
Formula 11 – Light blue jeans & black ‘everything else’

Just discovered you on YouTube and so happy I did. I would love to find out where the black medium heel height boots came from. I absolutely love them! Cant wear high heeled anything anymore. Those seem perfect! Thankyou and will subscribe. Can’t wait to view your next posting!

Hi lovely! Thank you so much for your kind words, really glad you like the content I share.
I am the same with boots, always looking for a mid-heel these days. These particular boots were bought second-hand off Vestiere Co. The designer is Giuseppe Zanotti. I would recommend searching second hand sites for a really good pair with a medium heel. Good luck! xo
